The Coalition for a Healthier Frederick County provides structure and accountability for passionate leaders and their organizations to collaborate towards a healthier community.

Project overview:

The Coalition will engage in a two pronged approach to advocating for improved data disaggregation in Maryland state health reports: first, working with other local health improvement coalitions (LHICs) throughout the state to gather information; and second, working within the county with the local health improvement planning workgroups to generate specific stories and use cases.
