Project overview:

MDCEP will produce a report recommending that the state’s legislative staff incorporate racial and ethnic equity analysis into its annual agency budget analyses, consulting with directly affected communities during the research process. Following publication, MDCEP will share the report with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
